Flanagan Fittings have created a new online platform through which their account customers can conduct business digitally. cliQX etrade was built to offer increased convenience, enhanced visibility and 24/7 access to product and order information.
cliQX etrade will greatly streamline the customers ordering process. This will allow customers to check stocks, place orders and review past orders. They will also be able to make payments online and access other valuable information to manage their business at a suitable time for them.
Flanagan Fittings with Intact IQ have built this customer management platform cliQX etrade and integrated it into their IT ERP system and will make it available to their trade customers via their website www.fff.ie.
All trade accounts will be given their own passwords to enter the secure website.
The expected benefits of cliQX etrade will be that it is highly customer focused, streamline stock control and alleviate time for both customers and staff therefore increase sales, productivity and efficiency for all involved.
cliQX etrade will become available to Flanagan Fittings’ trade account customers early in 2022.
